PRO Solo 401k Multiple-Fund-Family Plans
(Using Multiple - Fund Families)
 
 
The PRO Solo 401k Multiple-Fund-Family Plan is for 1-Person (or owners only) Firms without any employees.The Plan is ideal for Firms (Sole-P, Partnerships, Corporations, etc.) with ONLY owners. Owners/Partners and owner-spouses will be included in this Plan.

The low fee is ideal for "new or startup" Plans and Plans that want to transfer from other "Single & Multi-Family" or high-cost Solo 401k Plans. PRO has access to over 3500+  individual Funds within 200+  respected Fund Families, AITC SMART Funds, LifePath Funds, iShares, Collective Investment Funds (CIF), Exchange Traded Funds (ETF).  Please contact us for a complete Fund List in addition to the sample Funds listed below attached list.

An Individual 401k plan is a retirement plan suited for owner-only businesses (including the self employed) with no eligible common law employees. For many businesses, an individual 401k plan offers the maximum in flexibility. An individual 401k plan also ensures larger contributions than traditional retirement plans.

Multiple-Fund-Family Plans give you the flexibility of investments, diversification, and asset allocation.
 
 
PRO 401k Plans

The PRO 401k Plan is for Firms with employees in addition to owners.The Plan is ideal for Firms (Sole-P, Partnerships, Corporations, etc.) with at least one (1) non-owner employee. All "eligible" employees, owners/partners and owner-spouses will be included in this Plan.

The low-competitive fee is ideal for any "new or startup" 401k Plan and existing Plans that want to transfer from a current high-cost Single-Fund or high-cost Multiple-Fund 401k Plan. The low cost and high value of the PRO 401k Plan makes it the perfect solution if you are in the market to transfer from a high-cost Insurance or Annuity 401k Plan.

The Plan uses a Multiple-Family of Mutual Funds from the attached list. Multiple-Fund-Family Plans give you the flexibility of investments, diversification, and asset allocation.

If there is a Mutual Fund Family that is not on this list and you would like it to be included in your Plan, please contact PRO, Inc. and we will attempt to secure that Fund Family for your Plan.

Additional Information
The proportionate annual participant Recordkeeping/TPA fee is calculated and billed quarterly and deducted from the Plan Trust Account, Participant Accounts, or billed to the Plan Sponsor.
Agreed fees for optional or extraordinary services are also billed to the Plan Trust Account, Participant Accounts, or billed to the Plan Sponsor. PRO Inc.'s acceptance as the Recordkeeper & TPA is contingent upon our review of the current plan document and procedures.
